How much will my move cost?
The price of a move varies dramatically from job to job. Aether Movers prices are extremely competitive and we tailor each move to the exact requirements of the customer. However you can use our quick quote tool to the right to quickly revieve a ball park figure.
All prices are inclusive, there are no hidden extras.
What if I only have a few items that need moving?
No problem, however there is a 2 hour minimum on all jobs. After 2 hours, rates are charged in half hour increments.
Can you take away my rubbish?
Yes we can. Any items for dumping for recycling will be charged at £30 minimum, then at £100 per ton, plus hourly rate for 1 man.
What about congestion and parking charges?
Congestion charge will be added to your quote when applicable. Parking is the responsibility of the customer. Whilst our drivers will do their utmost not to get tickets, any unavoidable parking fines will be charged to the customer.
How can I pay?
Payments will be taken by cash or cheque only.
When will you arrive?
Job arrival times are estimated. Although we do our best to be on time, traffic circumstances out of our control may cause delays.
What happens if something gets broken?
Our customers' belongings are covered during transit for loss or damage. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure extra insurance is arranged if required.
We can accept no responsibility for loss or damage to property after the job is complete and payment is received.
What if I don't live in London?
No problem. For loading and collection outside of our area of operations we charge an hourly rate.
Do you charge to deliver packing materials?
Yes, the charge is £15.
What happens if the job takes longer than anticipated?
Each job running over estimated completion time will be charged at half hour increments.
